Seeing I don't have a lot of client work behind me I wanted to put something really cool on my portfolio. So I decided to make some kind of motion graphics video.
I used Flash and a little bit of Cinema4D for it and got the music from a royalty free website.
I chose Flash over After Effects because its easier to create the graphics and animate them in one program than having to resort to setting everything up in illustrator and using After Effects with its limited drawing tools to create the rest.
I'm trying really hard to find some cool things to use After Effects for, because I really want to use it more.

For the rest I would love to hear you guys opinion on it, I still have a long way too go and need to be better, but I'm trying really hard so give me what you got!

About the long ending; Its supposed to integrate with my portfolio so that's why it stays like that for so long. Don't worry about it, nothing is supposed to happen or whatever. I know I should cut it but I can't be bothered with it right now, Im rambling im sorry goodbye.

AfterFX? I could need a good GFXing guy for the videos I want to create. Therefore I should make english videos...hmm...fuck it, let's do it! :D

Yeah, I have to agree with the general consensus that this is really well presented and very nice quality. Super smooth (what framerate?). Better than any kind of demo reel I've put together. Personally, I really struggle with stuff like this. Can never storyboard it, or think with coloured blocks and fancy transitions. Based on your abilities there, you'd certainly be appealing to anyone making explainer videos and things like that. Well, just stay focused. This will certainly attract the right attention! Especially if you continue to expand on this as you practice more and more...

After 3 years I decided to tell you that I used 30 fps. I also did the logo with the cat in 60 fps which looks hella smooth. Here is the link which i had to dig through 3 years of bad file management of https://www.newgrounds.com/dump/item/9a1bdf0f2d6210c423eeccbbfdc71539 have fun bye love you bro

Visually Pleasing! You're Hired!

definitely among the most clever demo reels ive ever seen, really nice approach, and stellar graphics work
