LARP'd Episode 1: "Once Upon a Time..." (Part 1 of 4)

LARP'd is a new animated sitcom produced by an independent animator (by "independent animator", I mean one person).

I've always wanted to make something that I could put on Newgrounds, and finally, I can.

Thanks for watching!

To all zero people who read this review before watching this video, it will grow on you. It certainly has grown on me. I think that has a lot to do with the combination of the animation and comedy. Speaking of the animation, it reminds me of Archer with more frames per second. It certainly isn't the best part of the short, but I can't complain if it clearly has some effort put into it. The comedy really surprised me actually. I chuckled a lot more at this than most shorts on here. I applaud you for that. My only two complaints are that it's very empty sounding and that the typical female badass character exists. One of those you can fix, the other you can't because it's an established character. Great work, I will definitely watch the next three. Thanks for reading.

Great animation!

thanks for watching!

My friend told me to rate this. I told him he was crazy for animating this whole thing himself. And doing voices. And who knows what else. You should tell him he's crazy too.

thestevenq responds:

i told him he was crazy and all he did was mockingly copy every gesture that i made.
