Its good but animation a bit slow could be faster but very good i give 3 and a half stars 2XP

It's not great, but it's well above the quality of other "this is my first animation"-submissions.
If you increase the framerate (it seemed a bit choppy) and add some sound you'll easilly bring this up to (and maybe above) par.
Yes, higher framerate means more work, but more effort ultimately means significantly better quality.
