The only bad part of this is the somehow meaningless end. Other then that, it was a very creepy, dark flashmovie with horrifying creatures that seem to came out of our wildest nightmares!
Your idea of showing the pictures outside of the cages before we see the monster was quite nice imo.
The sound-track and -effects were also fitting to create a menacing, very unsettling atmosphere of horror. Hope we see more of this sinister world!
