I guess this might be a bit slow-paced for todays audience (I assume you added the loading screens to create a real "in-game" feel?) and the 1-minute-break with the "Game Over" screen is a tad confusing, I was about to close the NG window.
But it's still an animation worth to watch, the voice-acting is good (albeit a bit too quiet from time to time), the story is funny enough to watch it till the end.
A new MH series seems to be a good idea to me, maybe try to add more action or fast dialogue scenes and skip some of the intros. But you sure enough have all the talent to make it work, dude.
