I don't know much about 3-D but I can tell that this must have been hard to make.
I know that this is completely unrelated to the video but:
This is also in Chinese, right? In school I am taking Mandarin (Haven't completed my first year yet) and I recognize [ 我 ], and the third one down at the end looks similar to [ 有 ]. May I ask how it translates over?
Yeah it is Chinese, actually if you directly translate the Chinese title into English, it will mean "I am looking at I". [ 我 ] refers to 'I'.
The third letter is [看] which means 'looking or watching'.
The way I write the Chinese title is not the correct way to form the sentence but it serves as a fun abstract meaning for me.

This is a good 3D... up to the standards, indeed.
It's very luminous, and that gives a strong "cartoon" feeling, and the meshes are neat (though the kid is quite off proportion, and I don't really "understand" the figures marching towards the end) but the animations still feels a bit stiff: some movements ends too abruptly.
The water reflection effect at the beginning is a masterwork, but the sharp line between water and earth draw the attention... music is great.

The figures marching scene is part of a dream/fantasy scenario that the boy has. It reflects the boy's imagination. The stiffness is on purpose :)
The water scene is inspired by a real pond especially the colors and the little leaves floating on top of it. I am glad that you like it.
You can listen more to her music but sadly she deleted her soundcloud.

Interesting. The title literally translates to "I'm looking at myself", suggesting introspection. The setting seems to be in an Asian metropolis. The music is very beautiful.
Yes you are right!, the animation is about looking within ourselves. It is also about accepting ourselves too. Actually it has a developed story but sadly i cant get it to be finished.
