Yeah just some pointers

Time8th is right but a few more hings you should know.
*One thing you probably need to get if you want better scores on this is a Tablet so you can draw a bit better.
*The story needs some work and you need to sort of equalize the sound.
*Some voice acting would never hurt (Well I should say might not hurt but in this case add some background music or light voice acting like a narrator.)
*Ummm you might want to fiddle with some showing too.
*And it seems for most of your effects you use a shortcut which does bring down the quality more.
*And I did not see much of your doctor in this one either.
*Just keep practicing and you'll get even better at it.
*And again try to avoid shortcuts.

Well, you don't need me to tell you what other's have said. But seriously, this was more Torchwood than Doctor Who. try and remember what Doctor Who is and who it's aimed at. Remember that and you'll do fine in the future.
