Nifty idea. A drunken raccoon super hero. I'm intrigued to see where this is heading.
In this episode we meet a few new characters as Radcoon is hunted by the new Chief of police. We also get to witness quite possibly the dumbest looking robot ever created. All of this happens as our furry hero is drunk once again.
