Here's my first entry to one of ChillyCheese's Biweekly Animation Challenges! However, this might also be the final Webdings animation (or Webdings short) for the year, but hopefully there's more next year!

what was that, after effects?
Nothing was done in After Effects. The clouds were done in Photoshop, but everything else (like the animation) was done in Flash.
