Who is Pikapetey? Just some dude who animates things! I tried contacting Toby Fox to ask permission when I had the idea to do an undertale animation. But then I finished the animation in five days so Ooops! lol! here it is! I hope Toby and the other musicians that didn't respond in time like it!
