Pros: Lots of classic cartoon elements, decent humor (few good parts, few okay parts), flow of action was well-paced (never got bored waiting for next scene), background had entertaining elements too ('oh cool, there's a Five Nights at Freddy's reference!'), voice selection was pretty good (see first con tho').

Cons: Audio in some parts was hard to understand. Art could use a little polish.

Other: With some work, I could see this being a part of some Looney Toons-esque lineup of cartoons. Has quite a lot of potential, just needs a fair amount of cleanup first. Good job.

It's a little rough around the edges. The writing is great in places, but just lame in others. I knew there was going to be some sort of anticlimax when the episode was all but thirty seconds over and we hadn't even seen the hero in costume yet.

You may want to invest in subtitles in future episodes. Some of the voice acting was hard to decipher, especially from the Scratch lookalike.
