10/19/15 - You asked for harder bosses, and we listened! Normal mode is now more challenging! No more "slow Hanzou"! Now you can also use C key to dash.

10/15/15 - Controls have changed to mouse and keyboard, and you can aim anywhere without moving. Controls are below.

This is a demo of a game based on Newgrounds characters and users, promoting a new NG holiday called Pixel Day (January 23rd, 2016), as well as celebrating 20 years of NG! Game controls are below.

Due to unfortunate mistakes on my behalf, things changed and Twin is no longer on the team which is my fault (back in 2015), and there was a hiatus, but now that I have another person to work on this with, I'm working with them to jumpstart this game again but taking our time with it this time around and a different engine, but runs the same.

So far so good with the programming tests, but we're going to be looking for artists (and hopefully getting the old ones back) when we have a good test build to send to them. I can't guarantee anything yet, but so far things are looking good, and hopefully means we can go full steam without me making mistakes this time. We still have a lot of assets we didn't get to use, so there's a more progress that was made not shown in the demo.

I can't estimate a date if things keep in this direction, but I'm shooting for early 2020, if not later this year. We'll see. If you see a teaser trailer this year, that means we got to the point where the game has made enough progress for me to be sure enough it's going to get finished. I have had everything written out and planned, just a matter of getting the people and the work done. Good things take time I've learned. :) Thanks!

Twin did an amazing job with this demo though, he really made the game what it is, I loved his ideas for the boss fights and designs, and ideas for the game overall, he made it a masterpiece, and will inspire the rest of the game.
