Not bad for a new series.
Though I agree the animation and especially the voice acting can definitely be improved upon.

Not terrible, but your technicals need some work. The quality of the characters themselves was rather good, though they all lacked mobility and fluidity of motion. The dimensionality of the background and the flatness of the characters did not mesh well in this animation, and I'm not entirely sure why, perhaps because the BG was a much darker and natural palate and the contrast was too severe. As was already stated, the VA sound quality was poor and the music overpowered it throughout much of the animation. I'm not unsympathetic to recording issues, but the music being louder than the voices was something that could have been fixed during editing. I also found the placement of various sound effects to have been slightly off in timing. Either too early or too late. Like the TV static screech when you panned to the guy in the watermelon, that was a little delayed compared to the visual, and the various hop/jump effects were not well synched.

Work on the volume levels a little bit. The voices are too quiet, or the music and sound effects are too loud.
