Pretty good. I feel like it could use something more clever line than "fag" like

woman - "im elderly and I can't get up. "
guy - "well you lived long enough, say high to my nana for me if your going to hell."

or maybe some nonsense advice on how to get up.
Reminds me of that story I heard on the news a few days ago where the guy hung up on someone whose friend was shot or something.
