I think the quality of animation was overall very decent. It made me laugh out loud several times. The voice acting here was easily the best part as it complimented the over the top premise. The writing also complimented the premise as well. However, the quality of the art lacked style and pizzazz to really make it pop. Overall, I give it three and half stars for the comedic writing, premise and voice acting. Nice job!
Glad you liked it! I agree my animating isn't exactly the best, (and I'm godawful at doing backgrounds). My Main focus is usually on the dialogue and voice acting to make up for my lack of ability as an animator. Just made this with my friend since we pretty much came up with the script over a skype call and thought it was too funny not to make a cartoon out of it lol.
