well that's different

You've got quality down, and it's alright as a start... BUT you seriously need to get past a start to make something. This is simply entirely too short to really even judge or critique. It's occasionally acceptable to build a severely short for a simple gag, but here... with this credential? No. Luring us into a sense of seeing the Joker being interrogated might've been fun, but for the audience, it would be considerably better if there was more than a Jazzy splash and a bit of hair. Frankly, I've been tempted to vote this a zero on lack of merits alone.
