I'll go ahead and assume that your ninja turtle drawings is entirely based on the classic live action movies.

I would have borrowed more influences off of multiple sources of teenage mutant ninja turtles media until settling on an appealing look.

Fanart can always add it's own twist.

One of my favorite ninja turtles movies was a parody produced by Livecorpse.

He drew the ninja turtles in a style that was all Livecorpse.

You can always draw the ninja turtles in any style and the characters will be recognizable.

The turtle design is simple; However, creating appealing drawings from those character designs is another matter.

I like your turtle drawings but their movements could have used a bit more exaggeration.

The drawings had a lot of detail; However, exaggeration seemed to be sacrificed in favor of detail.

I felt the animation to be bit stiff in my own personal opinion.

Go with more simple drawings to give more room for the characters to movie freely with plenty of exaggeration.

More detailed drawings requires a higher level of effort to create freely moving characters.

Train yourself to understand more simple aspects of your drawing style in a 3D form of existence.

Once you understand your most simple drawings than you can move onto more advanced stuff.

Your graphics were great but that bit of stiffness in the animation kinda bugged me.

I'm currently teaching myself how to create stronger poses with my cartoons.

I assume you draw straight ahead and your animation could be improved upon by carefully planning each pose.

Sometimes you have to draw and than redraw.

Act out your poses and take a video for careful observation.

You could even use stick men for planning poses to more complex drawings.

Do whatever works for creating more dynamic poses.

You may have to develop your own system but it is entirely possible to your future movies more lively than ever.

Just be sure to have fun and only work on animation when you are enjoying it.

I'm done reviewing the animation aspect of your movie.

The concept of a just a mask movie has long been a dead horse and it has never been a funny meme.

The memes get boring and annoying because of repeated performances by everyone else.

It becomes harder to stand out above the crowd when you join them.

Your movies concept is no good.

You have a great chance to make fun of those just a mask movies.

I'm sorry about the harshness of my review but you have shown some potential for creating something better.

Nicely animated but... feels like so many people have popped out from under that mask by now that it needs some kind of twist to be entertaining. I thought the intro was part of the animation at first btw, face to skull, a darker form of the TMNT meme. Anyway though, nicely done!
