interesting, I like that some pokemon died, due to the fact, in pokemon they only mention that stuff very discreetly. with all the pokemon talking, it's kind of like the pocket monsters manga, ecept, instead of comedy, more drama.

This is an animated comic, which is the prologue to a webcomic I'll be doing soon. Be warned, it contains violence, and very light overtones of... cross-species romance (Nothing happens, but it's alluded to in this prologue.)
If either of those things tweak your nips the wrong way, then this may not be the story for you. But, if you're like me, and think a story like "Beauty & the Beast" is a great story in itself, and you like pokemon, then please check this out and give it a chance. :3
(Or if you're still curious despite hating the latter aspect, don't worry, it's very briefly mentioned here.)
P.S. You guys here on NG may not get some things storywise, as there's more explanation through my earlier works on DeviantArt, but you should still be able to have fun with it. :p (Also, <> bracket speech is more or less 'another language,' in this case Psychic-thought speech.)

A more captivating visual novel than I thought it'd be in the first few panels. Seemed a bit cheesy at first, but when it's all over I do wonder how that strange relationship might develop, if they catch the villian, who this newly appeared hero really is, what'll happen to those other Pokemon... and the Pokemon here are really brought to life too, it's a more personal glimpse into this one particular world than I've seen earlier, where not only do people and monsters interact and bond but actually speak, strategize and battle on their own accord! Nice work.

Thanks! Yeah, it starts off slow, but it gets there. X3 I personally only like pokemon talking if a psychic pokemon is talking through the mind. In this case, Katan, the gallade, is forming a psychokinetic bridge, allowing their team to speak freely through 'thought speech.' Anyways, very glad you liked it, and are involved in the story, and I hope you tune-in to the webcomic when it comes out! :3
At first, I was like, "Oh dear god, it's another cheesy love story..." And then SHIT GOT FUCKING SERIOUS. That was amazing. I can't wait for it to come out. You rock man. You're inspiring me to do things. Draw lots of stuff and even make comics of my own. Godlike job with the slides and music. That was something I've never experienced before.

GREAT JOB!!! ,i must be honest at first i thought 'not anther pokemon comic' as most people here when i was a kid the local shop sold the pokemon adventures comics i use,t to save my pocket money and get one every now and then . iv lost intrest a bit now im 25 but reading your story made fall for in all over again (thank you) i look forward to more . best of luck!

Thanks! I too got into 'Adventures' when I was young, and it inspired the way I see the pokemon universe, so i'm glad people are making the connection. :3 I'm also glad my little comic got you back into it! :3 When the webcomic is up, i'll post the link or something.
