decent lip sync, really lip sync isn't the end all of animation though, As long as it looks like they are saying what they are saying its fine.

Actually what makes the clip a bit humorous is that, the character is a cartoon version of an opposition leader (opposition political leader over here) who is going against the leading party as presidential elections is only months away!! LOL
Anyways thats the "boring part"! Hope the animation side is better :P
