Shiort and sweet. Simple, yet effective. As a dog owner I can totally relate to this. It's dog humor, not poop humor. The whimsical music was a nice touch. Animation was polished, though the style of the beard made the bald patches look like teeth.

Am I the only one bothered that there's no animation of the mouths to go with the voices? Also, why are your trees shaped like lemons? As for the movie, I think you have to be a mental midget to actually chuckle at this, or someone who doesn't pick up after their dogs(you jerks!!). But the animation was ok....all 22 seconds of it.
