Even though I can leave this cartoon whenever, the credits were too long and I got angry for some reason. 1/10

not sure what you mean by animate, but if you mean how do i draw my backgrounds i do them in flash, and if you mean what i think you mean which is how do i get the backgrounds to appear animated like when it zooms in on pikachu i actually animate them frame by frame
