This is glorious. Whether [L*] is necessarily a spam clan or not, I had a good kick out of this. It's like the best of Clock Day all over again.
I'm probably missing half of the jokes since I'm not sufficiently literate in Japanese enough, still stuck on the part where I've memorized the Katakana table completely. Nonetheless, there were plenty of visual jokes I caught onto quickly. The whole animation is quirky and fun to watch multiple times.
I also really like the "tada.wav" sound you added at the end. It made me laugh in an exceptional manner because I've been working with an old computer running Windows 95 pretty often.
