A very simple platformer shooter that was made for the 31st edition of the Ludum Dare Jam.
Press the Left and Right arrow keys to move, X to jump and C to shoot.

I would recommend checking if your browser is asking for permissions on any plugins. May be why it doesn't load.
Is this game finished? I'm asking because there are some weird things going on with the enemies. First off, the reaction to bullets seems inconsistent. Sometimes the enemies will be knocked back when hit, sometimes they will not. Since the bullets actually go through the enemies, I actually thought the bullets where whiffing at first. Actually, because of the different amount of bullets it took to kill the enemies (some would die quickly, others took several shots) I'm not convinced that you don't have some weird "bullet whiff" mechanic.
The robots also have guns, but when I played they never shot back. I was also able to stand at the very bottom of the stage in the middle, and just shoot everything that came with pretty much no resistance. Then the game only ended when I let myself die. I understand that this was a simple game, but you should either make the A.I. better, buff the enemies, or nerf the player character.

It is as finished as time allowed for the dare, unfortunately. We will most likely fix it up when we can to curb some of these bugs, such as a somewhat inconsistent bullet collision detection, as well as improve the enemy AI a bit more.
The robots do shoot, however due to the sounds and visuals being the same as yours, you may not hear them or mistake their shots for yours sometimes.
