Blazing haystacks

There was a small and tranquil island in the ocean, where straw like strange creatures lived. One day on that island a tree was struck by the lightning and a small fire element was born. Once tranquil island was change into the burning hell.

Now you control that small and weak fire element. Click on a haystacks to ignite it and help fire to develop himself.

I completed all 9 levels, but only unlocked 2 achievements.(There's only 9 levels, right? Each stage is a level, right?) I beat level 5, but didn't get credit for it.

When you power up, you have a choice between two, but there is no explanation as to what they do.

Some achievements depends upon the power ups you choose. After level 9, you go back to tutorial island with no options to change power ups. If you log out of the game and come back in again, all achievements are lost. So there is no way to get all achievements.

After you buy 2 speeds, 2 stamina, 3 clicks, and 2 range, the game goes very quickly. Unless you keep playing the levels over and over again (after going through tutorial island after each level) you can't get all the burns.

Suggestions: 1) go through tutorial island once and only once. That's all that is needed. (2) Make more levels, instead of having to play the same 9 over and over. Each level should be increasingly harder, forcing the player to buy more speed, stamina, etc. (3) Explain the game a little better. For example: I found little notes that could be clicked on. I thought I could same them up for future use. Nope, can't. So I click on a note with a cross in it. What is suppose to happen? I assume that it heals a hay stack if one happens to be right next to it.
I can't add more than what has already been said. Please! Get rid of tutorial island between levels.

hi, thanks for your and others feedback. We added 7 levels and new enemy types. As you suggested, tutorial is now showing only once

Interesting concept with nice music to match. I like it!

Infectonator clone, but a nice time waster.

Actually, the game was fun!

- I liked the music. :)
- The gameplay was fun.
- Once all the stacks were burning, often I wouldn't get to grab all the coins before the screen faded out, and I'd miss coins.
- Once I completed the game (beat stage 9), then there was nothing left to do, so more levels would be nice.
- Once I completed the game, it put me back into the tutorial, but kept all my progress and upgrades. Once I beat the tutorial, I could choose only one level. After I beat that level,it brought up the YOU WIN screen again. Any attempt to replay put me back in the tutorial again, in a loop. A RESET button that would reset your progress would help that.

It's a good start. Add on to it and fix a few things and it'll be great.

we updated new version. There are new levels and some bug fixes

So the first bug I encountered was when you've ressurrected someone and they have a chance of winning, the game will still fade out and say you've failed. It will also be somewhat overzealous with cutting off your ability to collect coins at the beginning of the fade, which is quite frustrating.

The achievements don't say anything when you click on them or hover over them. If you don't catch them with your eye immediately upon getting them (which if you're intent on playing, is not unlikely) you just don't see what they are.

When you go back to replay levels after winning, no matter which level you play, it gives you the "you win!" screen and forces you to exit, which then forces you to play the tutorial again if you want to play again.

The music is pretty bleh. It's like boring options menu music for every level. Seems like it should change depending on the level, or at least change to frantic music when the first fire is lit.

I think with some polishing of the art, fixing the bugs, and expanding the mechanics, you have the potential for an enjoyable game. As it is, this one feels unfinished.

slamirstudio responds:

hi, thanks for feedback. We fixed the bug with resurrection and add some new enemy types
