Can YOU help defend the kingdom from the horrors that await in THE VEILED WORLD? Will YOU be able to do it without killing any gnomes? The answers are YES and MAYBE.
The Veiled World is a short platformer/shooter with light jumping puzzles involving the ability to switch between two worlds at will. There are four playable characters with different weapons and play styles and an unlockable arena mode.

looks promising but:
-Keeps crashing on Safari on a mac. Latest Safari, latest flash player
-Finally managed to play on firefox but eventually started having random freezes
-The controls are just awful. specifically the responsiveness
the fullscreen is a nice touch, as is also the use of the right button although possibly risky in some systems.
Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear you had so many issues - I haven't yet been able to test it for myself on a Mac but someone else also reported similar problems with the controls and random crashes. I'll look into it as soon as possible.

It has potential. perhaps more worlds, a wider variety of enemies and a decent boss fights might turn this into a great retro game.
