How is this a rated E game with blood and gore o.o?

Sorry if i am being harsh. But the game is hardly interesting. Sure its hard and all. But nothing unique is added to it that makes it stand out from others that do the same genres. If you can think of something special for the sequel. I'd gladly give it a better rating. Because not to be boring or anything or even to insult others who made such games. But unless it has something that makes it better or chemistry between something like Story/Gameplay/(add something here) it doesnt have much to offer. Unless there is a twist. Now that would be interesting.
