well, fuck.
you put some work in to it, but it looks pretty bad with the car and the background, also the motorcyclist's voice is quieter and more muffled than "handsome pickachu". everything looks like you made it yourself besides the car and the background. You should go all pictures or all homemade objects, because half and half looks sloppy.
It was also very short, if the title wouldn't have given it away seeing Pikachu-man-thing would have been shocking and made me laugh just out of absurd shock.
Finally, it is not really action related so I would changew the genre to comedy or experimental.
