It was funny but ended too soon and the animation was nice. The best part I liked is lol he stole an empty wallet lol. Looks like an episode of Americas Dumbeat Criminals lol :)

Not bad kid. Not many can say that, cuz let's face it, people don't get this good at animation till in their 20's. It can only get better from here on.

The animation and the backgrounds were well done, the characters were also well drawn and moved fluidly, my only complaint is that they both sounded like kids who haven't hit puberty yet. Maybe ask some adult to help you out with at least one of the voices would work better.

Animation is pretty decent, but the voice quality is not that great. Buy a new mic if possible :)
