I know this is years old at this point... but I just gotta express my love for this thing. I love everything about this. It reminds me of Goku Midnight Eye.

Is that a reference to the suitcase from Pulp Fiction?
Hey man, I dunno if you ever check out your notifications on here but if you see this, I just wanna say that despite already absolutely loving Mitch Murder's work, THIS little animation here, is why I really got into it! I already loved Synthwave stuff and heard one or two of Mitch's tracks, but it was when I saw this that I got way more invested and started searching for more rather than occasionally seeing new tracks/artists here n' there. I don't want this review to be crazy long but...
Just trying to imagine the in-depth process of drawing and animating all these small details in any relatively short time-period. Maybe it's not even as hard as I expect, but it sure looks like something that would be insanely tedious. I love the entirety of the style and pixelated 8-bit era style you use is honestly one of, if not my absolute, favorite art styles around. It's wild.
I also love your use of comedically detailed faces for some things, like the cigar-dude in this.
Would love to see a video detailing the process for any of these type of animations if possible & I hope to see something new from you soon. Maybe something in this style but with a more fitting 8-bit/chiptune/videogame sort of music to go along with it. You needn't be synth-only I say.
Thanks for the fun content!
It's a shame you have disappeared from doing stuff like your tubo gamer vid, I still watch that and even bought the sound track and listen to it at work lol
I can't get over how amazing this video is, its perfect!
