Everyone tries their hardest to understand things, but as far as this movie goes, there is really nothing to understand, this is a video of dogs barking, nothing more, and i hope you find the simplicities in this video entertaining. Let this animation be as it is. there are no pop culture references, no video game characters, no celebrities, no gratuitous violence, or any real 'entertainment' (I use that word sarcastically) whatsoever, it's crudely animated, and the audio isn't synched up perfectly, it's called minimalism, Fukuoka.
