This is one of the top three animations on Newgrounds of all time. It makes me want to vote 7/5.
I love how there a bunch of tiny touches everywhere like how his eyebrow is raised and he waits for the skull on his hat to wink. The way he moves when he feeds the seagull. The condescending facial expression on the parrot's face. How the seagull fishes a book about fishing... I can just keep saying how every second in this animation is fantastic. I would definitely pay for this if it were a kickstarter.

Really to be continued? The randomly creative style of animation somehow has me doubting the potential future of this as a series (also lack of numbers) but I wouldn't mind seeing more! I like how much expression goes into the animating, and not into just traditional expressions but into things like the captain poking through the monocolar or the close-up of his shoe. Though there's also something going on, it has a laid-back and entertaining pace. A fun watch overall!

Very awesome theme, loved the fluid animations and the custom art style.

The only feedback I can give is regarding your pacing. It feels like you love to animate, so you animate every little thing, but certain parts, like him walking up to the steering wheel and then pumping the gas, it seemed drawn out.
