This is a great work.
Brief but still very concrete.
if you add some asylum ambient to it it would be awesome.
I do mostly comedic animations, but I decided to see what I can do with a serious naritive. This was a 4 panel static animation project. This came from many days locked in my room just working on projects. I had little contact with the outside world. Family, Friends, barley any social media either. Only time I would leave my room was to eat. Isolation makes you think. and after a depressing few week prior, I had thoughts rush through my head, "what if I'm not the hero that my narcissistic brain in projecting, What if I am the Villain."

I enjoyed this narrative. It gave a quaint perspective of what isolation can do to someone. Not drawn out in great length but the basic of what many of us feel at times. If we really consider our own choices, we are always the antagonist in another person's life. You can not make everyone happy, only do what you feel is right for your life.
I believe your choice to have a lack of sound was to imitate the vibe of isolation. I feel adding some sort of nuance, the simple noises we can not drown out, such as breathing, a VERY faint heart beat or wind could have added another layer to this poetic narrative. It would give the speaker more of a voice, more of a human quality to the words.
decent quality, although some voice acting and having the words fade in as spoken would make for a very nice effect when combine with the imagery.
I wish there was a little more to the animation itself, because the writing is thoughtful and it's pretty well paced. I know it was just supposed to be a quick piece, but it'd be neat to see you delve deeper and extend it out somehow.
