This is an endurance game, in that it has no end. With the only controls being the click of the mouse how hard can it be to get a high score?
I really like what you did with the hitboxes and point stuff. However I think you still need to add a few more frames to that flipping animation.

So, so bad. No music, disgusting concept with no plot. Repetitive gameplay that gets old after two clicks. Eventually scientists will use your game as a substitution for ipecac. Please learn how to make games that do not make me want to commit suicide, or better yet stop making game, i don't enjoy sifting through piles of crap to find a good game.
Seriously, did you even consider that this would actually be acceptable as a game?
