V1.1 :
Added (some) audio.
Fix bugs
made the gameplay easier to understand

After the great crisis of 2015 and the collapse of our modern society, mankind was sent back to the stone age... Almost.
Some saw this coming and got prepared.

You and your family are one of them. You have a house, a garden and a windmill to make your live easier.

But be careful, the raiders are coming to steal your food and hurt your family. Take your bow and protect your home !!

Controls :

Collect wood by clicking on trees. Build gardens to generate enough food to construct windmills and arrows.

Use the arrows to defend your home.

The resource management needs some tweaking. I didn't get to build anything, and kept having to spend it all on arrows. I think if you slowed the waves down a bit, it would allow the player time to build up more.

I'm a big fan of games of this genre, and I actually ended up playing your game for quite a while. I think aside from needing some fine tuning to the wave speed/timing and , it's a pretty decent flash game. Well Done.

Interesting game play.
But: you can beat the game without building anything.
To be honest there isn't any time do do so.

Improvements:
- give the player a longer time to prepare for battle before sending the first enemies.
- what about a timer which says when the next wave comes.
- the costs for building anything flicker, so i hardly could read.

Never the less, keep going.
4/5 stars.

Thanks for your feedback.

If I still have the opportunity to update the game, I will surely do.
I indeed thought to better plan the waves schedule but I did know how to do so. Still discovering Construct 2...

Best regards,

What am I supposed to be doing? It's very unclear. There's no feedback when I do anything beyond a few numbers quietly changing. And what's this? Why I have -16 lives?

What are the black stickfigures? Are they allies? Enemies?

Are they attacking me? Are they spawning to build the things I'm clicking on?

Why are they horizontal when walking up from the bottom right? Wouldn't it be a better idea instead of rotating them on a circle around the house, to draw versions if them facing in different directions? Because stick figures walking horizontally just doesn't look natural to me. You need to test all your cases.

Oh, now I have -1,400 lives.

So apparently, I have infinite lives. Oop, now I've lost.

Why does the windmill jitter when I hover my mouse over it?

God, this game is so buggy it's painful.

Next time, please test your game before you submit it.

For now, I'll give a barely passing score of 2/5 on the blam-o-meter, and a 1.5/5 here.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. I'll try to improve my skills.
