The navigation was a bit confusing especially with the portals. I ended up marking the rooms with portals in the portal colour, that worked ok.
I have to `regain` some confidence with the anagram puzzles.
You have explored may asylums. This time the magic continues. The evil is back and has spread itself around 4 locations. Use your skills to locate the portals and travel through magic realms to rid the evil from the asylums!

loved the teleports wish axend had them lol. have u noticed that the ones that complain the most are usually ones that cant get threw it. i missed this one glad i came back to visit.glad u had orbs in this one. i like hunting down orb bottle and then getting all the orbs. made a good plan of action. for some reason i like gathering them.as i have said before only complaint i wish u would make 500 more. tks
:) Thanks so much!
It took me quite a long time to complete this game. There were more than 40 rooms which weren't directly connected to one another. You had to unlock four portals which provided access to one orbit shop (selling maps and a crystal ball) and three segregated areas of rooms. Collecting orbits wasn't enjoyable at all.
Thanks to the walk through! I was stuck with six jewels and a screw shut slot machine. A screw driver was found on a flush toilet top and allowed me to open the slot machine and remove a slightly protruding tile which hid a blue jewel. Putting back the jewels was killing me as I had to search through each and very location again.
my favourite scenes were the arcade and the dirty toilets they brought the scare in to the game also the skeleton creature scared the shit out of me so you got full stars
What can you say, Selfdefiant makes games to play for free and so you must appreciate that fact. If you don't like free games because they lack quality or content, uh duh, it's because they are free. Selfdefiant does consider constructive suggestions and sometimes implements them, such as animated ghouls. Ultimately Selfdefiant makes games to please himself, and if you don't like them or are bored by them, then I can only suggest that you do not play them. Most people know what to expect when playing a game by Selfdefiant, since he sticks to formulas that he has developed over the years. Creating a game in the horror genre isn't a simple task, you have to decide who your target audience is by age. Selfdefiant seems to be targeting a very young audience, he doesn't make the games too scary or over the top horrifying and gory. Those players that are seeking truly horrific games will not like Selfdefiant's games and should not play them. Perhaps in urging Selfdefiant to create a game for adults that is completely evil and terrifying, with a great and lengthy backstory, he might attempt to do so. Selfdefiant has the skills to create such a game but I wouldn't wait around for that to happen because I don't think he wants to make such games as proven by his myriad of light horror adventure games, escape games etcetera. Asylum Redux is a decent game and very typical of what Selfdefiant has been producing for many years, so there are no surprises, simple puzzles, predictable tools, a little magic and mystery and that's all.
