I really liked this. The game itself was very simple, and I found myself very sad when the narrator said they were going to leave me be, more so than when I died or at the suggestion that there was no top or finish. By the way, the poem was beautiful.

A simple game with a simple mechanic. It may have a bit of a learning curve, but once mastered it can be fun and even relaxing for at least a little while.
Update 6/5/14
- Starts out much easier but still gets progressively more difficult.
- Platforms move a little bit faster.
- Minor performance improvements hopefully.

This was more fun than I expected (at least for a little while!), but Im giving a low score because of lack of tutorial. I almost walked away in frustration before I figured out the core mechanics behind the game.

Thanks for the feedback. It's been difficult to figure this out without proper user testing. I've updated the game in a way that that hopefully addresses this issue by making it clear how jumping works.
