It's slow because it's so huge (just as mentioned below)
looks nice, but the frames chug along so slowly, it's unplayable for me. Like a Tiger electronic LCD game.

Dr Andy Biodik and his Health Rescue Saucer have been miniaturized and injected in the patient's blood to fight against infection. Find pills to shoot at the Blobs and avoid their incoming miasms. Be aware, as the game progresses, they become more and more resistant and clever.

Would be nice if you resize it.
The second thing: i would say it's a bit slow. Could be more dynamic.
