I really like it. It would be cool if you added upgrades like explosive bullets, increased health, maybe even an actual soldier you can operate as like a backup or a helicopter that drops a bomb on the enemy. I also think having the tanks change positions is a good idea (like you are on the higher ground instead of the lower or its more even). And the time could be lengthened each level. Having a multiplier option for people at home would be fun too.

Hello, thanks for taking your time to review my game. I started BattleTanks as a small college project, and enjoyed it so much that I decided to tweak the features slightly and publish it to NG to get some feedback. I am aware that the aspect ratio looks horrendous as it is squeezed into that small box, but I am currently optimising it so it fits to the frame.
Before you write your review, please note that:
* THE GAME MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY *
...if you are playing the embedded version. As stated, I am currently optimising it so it can be embedded. As the changeover will take some time, I want to know if you guys actually like the game. The animations, sounds and overall concept of it.
(I wrote most of this before I realised I could change the embedding dimensions. It should work fine...)

Depending on the reviews I get from you, I may later start adding additional levels, more features such as enemies, collectables etc. Suggestions are greatly appreciated, I'll give you credit, of course :)
Anyway, the aim of the game is to defeat the enemy tank, which is elevated on a higher platform. The enemy tank fires random bullets rapidly, so defeating the tank isn’t as easy as it may seem. The player needs to pay careful attention to their tanks’ health, and spare it by dodging the incoming bullets from the enemy tank. The tank is not your only worry. You are intruding an enemy base, just off of the North Sea, so enemy aircrafts are always on patrol, and will be immediately informed if an intruder is spotted. Fight your way through the battle by using the left and right arrow keys to move your tank and dodge incoming bullets and explosions, and the up and down keys to move the turret, whilst hitting the space bar to fire. Oh, and a nuclear bomb goes off in 30 seconds.
Make it a little harder for yourself. Anyone can tap the space bar rapidly to destroy the tank in the first 6 seconds of the game - but that's just boring.
