Meh-worthy. Punch line at the end of good, but abrupt and rushed compared to the rest of the animation.

You have a voice actor, but I didn't hear speaking parts.

Overall, interesting mixture of styles. Some of the time, it worked (like the filter, the guitar music, and simplistic flash drawing). Other times, it contrasted (like the Hallelujah with the more cartoony vending machine).

You have the potential, though. Keep practicing and improving and you'll get there!

That texture overlay doesn't work. The vertical lines are much too strong and affect the composition within the animation. The twist at the end didn't make a whole lot of sense either. If he was looking at a picture of them just before the train got there, how would he forget to bring them onboard?

You did employ a reasonable variety of different shots which seemed to work well enough together and weren't too difficult to follow.

I wish you'd put more time into the art.

The music wasn't always fitting. In the future, try selecting more than one soundtrack to cut between in order to keep the soundbed consistent with the mood you're trying to convey.

Ha ha, I like it! Some advice: the background sounds shouldn't suddenly appear. The train noise should have faded in and there should have been some sound as it left. To be honest it would have been fine with just the music but if you're going to add some sounds better got he whole hog. The character design was interesting and I liked the pacing. The sort of needless scene in which he tries to get a snack was really good because it added some realism to the story. In most NG animations it's one fast paced thing after another, no down-time. I liked the feel you created here.

Pretty decent, had a very clear story & message behind it. Art could have been better, but it certainly wasn't awful. Sound was decent.
All in all, an average rating for a decent flash. Pretty fair ground, in my opinion. Looking forward to more from ya, Bork20
