I've wasted too much time on this game and I'm not wasting anymore until someone can beat my score.
Elegant and original redefining of classic snake-game.
Use arrows to controll snake. Every time when you collect green items you grow snake's length (and amount of bonus) but it cover game field so you can't clear see whole situation. Avoid walls and own tail.
Game was made for Ludum Dare #29 at compo category. It's means that whole game (graphic, code, music, etc) was made in 48 hours by one man. Theme is "Beneath the Surface". This is post-compo version with some changes.

I like what you did with the good old snake concept!
I got 1013 and am on top of todays leaderboard
this game is like crack but without the downsides
This actually made the basic snake gameplay a lot better. Granted, an improvement on something that's not any good in the first place doesn't necessarily mean much of anything, but it's by far the best snake clone I've played.
This is a great variant on the classic Snake game. The theme here is executed nicely and it added to the challenge. I also like how you can repeatedly tap in the direction you wanted to go to speed things up, and in some way, gives you more control as to the space and direction you want to go. I can't much wrong with this. Excellent job.
I'll repost this on your Ludum Dare entry page.
