this game won't load on my system i can't really rate a game if it won't load I'll just assume based on the game it is based on.

Based on old "Lights Out" game, but here you must light up runes and you can chose levels from 3x3 to 10x10 runes. When you light up a rune all surrounding runes will change their state to opposite.

I dont know why it's happen. Try to update your flash player if you dont have latest version, or try to wait a bit longer if you see only black screen.
