This is the first project we made using Flixel that was anywhere near completion. It was made some years ago when we had next to no experience so a substantial lack of quality is to be expected.


Arrow keys to move, X to jump, SPACE to suck in and spit enemies, S to swallow, A open chests, while in mid-air spit downwards for an extra jump.

The 4.5 stars it's only because I love the concept and character. The game itself is no fun, but what you have here is simply cool. Restoring lives by swallowing your enemies? HO HO! Charming!

A very interesting first project to say the least.

I immediately liked the character because it reminded me of a more violent version of Kirby and the spitting enemies at enemies was fun and I got a few chuckles out of it when coins dropped from the dead foes.

The level design was simplistic and I think that was a good thing considering this was the first game made by you guys. I can appreciate that it wasn't overly complicated and that it allowed me to explore at my leisure.

I can see the potential of this game, or at least the character. I hope you guys think about fleshing this game out or start a new series with the Evil Kirby (I'll let you have the copyright haha).

I'm rating this for what it IS and not so much for what it COULD'VE BEEN.
This game could've been amazing. Please redo this in the future! It's not an original idea, but it was well executed. The current thingy you have here is almost like an alpha. Again, this could've been so much more.

Thanks for commenting! Yes, I'm afraid this very much is (or rather, was) an early alpha made simply to test the game mechanics, after which the project was abandoned for various reasons. Considering we have more experience now, we may redo this one. Thanks again!

I feel like this game has potential. The game seems too simple, and is kinda hard to figure out since you just spawn in a random spot with no story. Try adding at least some type of story so the player is at least a little motivated to move on. Also try adding some more enemies to give the game some variety. Adding some music wouldn't hurt either.

The lack of story or a goal is pretty much due to this being one of our first attempts at game design and programming in general. However we were considering revisiting this concept and doing something with it, but at the moment there's no telling if we'll have the time. Thanks again! :3

I liked how the game auto-paused, and I think that the character was like kirby. He was cute when he moved, like up the vine or something. I like how you added recoil for spitting. All pros!
