i think this is pretty ok for a first animation (looks better than my first one heh)
you should try adding backgrounds and a few inbetweens for your next one

This is my first animation, EVER! so please dont burn me alive! That being said I do appreciate feedback. i figured generally grumps videos are generally pretty simple in nature (slideshow-esque) and would be more forgiving on my severe lack of skill. ENJOY

yeah, as it is probably apparent, a lot of this was experimenting with different techniques, spleening, animating frame by frame, lip syncing etc. etc. i plan on polishing off my future works waaayy more
Very good flash movie. The best scenes had StrongBad. Excellent for your first animation.
