This is my first flash project. I'm new to animation, but I'm really enjoying it. At a legnth of 12.5 seconds, this is the introduction sequence to a series I'm working on about the adventures of Cannabis Man. Constructive advice/feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for watching!

I like it
The pacing is good and the music is good
The walk animation is shitty in a charming kind of way
Possible improvements - making the art style consistent (black outlines? coloured outlines? no outlines?), putting hills or something in the background instead of a totally flat horizon, making the sun better, improving the way the tree roots meet the ground

The hands seem way off from the body and and there were no expressions. I am also new to animation.
