There isn't really a plot and the controls are very lethargic, making the "hero" move like an animated brick. I like the concept of switching between weapons to hit the enemies that are "out of phase" or as you have written it, have a red or blue soul. Most of the issues are programming as I see it... It isn't very pretty I'll overlook that readily for alluring game-play and enthralling plot development. I hope to see your work as it develops...
p.s. Never put a level reset button next to a weapon switch. That's a free tip for everyone.
