I guess the low score is due to the fact that nothing really happens here except a walk cycle(well, that's the point of this anime). Though I checked if there were other walk cycles in this website before posting mine, maybe people here don't like only technical animation with no plot, and that's okay. :)
Good job on the frames! Goku's character is very smooth and has precise movements! I like the contraction of the ankles, it adds more realism to the animation. What I think could have made this animation better is if something new happened during the next cycle! Nice animation!
Looks good, smooth animation. Just, you know... empty beyond that. Will be good if you use what you did here in a more complete work.
