Unless you are paying a licensed taxi driver to give you a ride home .... or if you need to receive something in the mail ... or if you are registering for an important thing and need to provide your details ... or unless you're trying to protect the world from a dangerous unstable magical force that threatens to destroy all of humanity and the only way to put a stop to this madness is to use the power of emerald scepter given to you by your great, great, grandmother which is located at the place you live, but you are not capable of reaching your home in time to stop the worlds destruction because you sprained your ankle in the earthquake caused by the dark magic, so you must tell a stranger where you live in order for them to use the emerald scepter and defeat the magical forces of evil ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!! In that very specific case, the fate of the world depends of you telling a stranger where you live.
