Newgrounds is not a place to put unfinished flashes, nor to ask people to help support the unfinished flash should someone post an unfinished flash anyway. When all you have is story boards and no sound, that's when you tell yourself NOT to post it ANYWHERE.

That said, feel free to post this flash when it's finished.

Uhm, I don't know if Newgrounds glitched, but the movie jumps to 5:28 after a few seconds, no matter where I start the video. There also is no sound, so I checked your Indiegogo page, to see, what this is all about. Luckily, I found your video there, working correctly.
To be honest, I don't understand, what the story of your movie/Web-Based Cartoon TV series (it's not a TV series, if it doesn't air on TV) is supposed to be. I see lots of sketches, but everyone can draw some stuff and line them up in Windows Movie Maker. If you want this to be a thing, make a proper flash movie, with sound, music, fluid animation and colors. You see a lot of people uploading videos with quality content, but they didn't need 30.000 dollars to make it.
You guys set yourself an impossible goal, as your presentation of your project is nothing more then a sketchbook you made up in 2 days. And you need to present your project as something, that I would pay money for, but if you hadn't put up that indiegogo link, I would've thought your video had no sound.

So yeah, put more time and effort into your "Web-Based Cartoon TV series". You only have sketches ready, which is basically nothing :(
