you need to press the button that says "touch very fast at the beginning, and then keep clicking it to change direction.

The Rocket always can't find its way. You have to be quick for steer The Rocket. You have to collect coins and avoid red enemies in front of The Rocket's way.
Instructions on how to control said rocket would be helpful
