Is anybody noticing that this is just a bland rippof of Peacekeeper by Berserk Studio? Even interface is almost the same!

Yes it's derivative of peacekeeper, but that game was awesome so its only natural that other designers are going to try and emulate it.
This game was engaging enough that I came back to it for a second go in order to complete it. The game was hard, and I found myself grinding a bit on some of the levels, but overall I think you did pretty nicely on the difficulty curve. The controls were great and handled smoothly. The bosses were fun, had interesting attacks and looked cool.
I do have some suggestions though. The gold upgrade comes too late in the game for it to have much impact, I would have appreciated it much sooner. The spread upgrade didn't really do what I thought it would (I thought it would give me multi-shot). Since the enemies are randomly generated some combinations are much harder than others. If you have a bunch of those robots who shoot the lasers sometimes you have nowhere to stand, and when two of those shield guys are beside each other and their shot/block sequence is out of sync they become very annoying. Finally, I'll agree with easimon that the enemy design could have been a bit better based on your storyline. The rifle guys, and the grenade guys looked too much like the main character and didn't really seem like robots (more like guys in armor). The laser shooting robot looked the best and its too bad you didn't go more in that design direction for the others (reminded me of ED-209, which is always a good thing).
Overall good game and entertaining.
I got tired of all the violence really fast. I wish it was more peaceful.
